In order to ensure the safety of your people and patients, we want to share with you the measures we have implemented in our production, fulfillment and delivery processes:
- Our facility enforces social distancing measures in accordance with CDC guidelines.
- We implemented additional sterilization & cleaning measures throughout the facility.
- As usual, our team are provided PPE (Personal Protective Equipment), including masks and gloves.
- Our fulfillment process now provides and extra UV sterilization on of product cases, which are then sealed in sterilized bins.
- Our delivery team is provided masks, gloves and utilizes additional sterilization of the vehicle before and during deliveries.
These measures require additional time to process and fulfill orders, but we feel they are an important step for the health of our people as well as yours.
We thank you for your patience as we all work to adapt to the many changes we are experiencing, strive to provide the highest standards and continue to serve patients’ needs during this crisis.
